This design is specifically made for testing of gas production during fermentation. The stirrer bearing is completely sealed with the use of our own custom designed, magnetic coupled stirrer bearing.

Description

  1. Ph measure and control (both acid and base addition), calibra-tion routine for Ph calibration.

  2. Temperature measure to 0.01deg C to max 125 deg, higher temperatures with 0.1deg resolution.

  3. Temperature control via hot oil bath with circulating pump ( not included in this picture)

  4. Overhead stirring, either for vacuum or low pressure applica-tions. Can also be adjusted to seal during gas production and measurement.

  5. Servo controlled ball valve for fluid management.

  6. Peristaltic pump can be added.

  7. USB logging to pc , save as .CSV file
