Description

This unit was designed for solvent recovery like Ethanol, Methanol, Hexane , Acetone etc…

The system is automated in the sense that a container with contaminated solvent is placed on top of the distillation cabinet and once the unit is started , solvent is send to the distillation cabinet. The flow of solvent is controlled as to feed in at the same rate as clean solvent leaves the distillation process. The clean solvent is collected at the bottom reservoir.

The system is capable of cleaning 25L of acetone in 4 hours. No electrical heating is applied at the distillation chamber and therefore pose no fire hazard.
