This reactor was designed to produce nano particles. It is connected to a chiller/ heater which can both heat to 45deg C, and cool down to 0 deg C. Should higher temperatures be necessary, we can design a heating/ chilling system capable of the customers requirements.

On the lid can be seen the solid reagent addition system. This system uses a PTFE coated stainless steel auger with a stepper motor drive for precise additions of solids.

To ensure stability of the stirrer shaft, we mounted a PTFE stirrer stabilizer at the bottom of the reactor without affecting the fluid flow inside.

A condenser system with collection flask is mounted on the side of the reactor. This enables any volatiles to be condensed and collected inside the 10 L boiling flask.

This type of design can be done from a 5L up to a 100L reactor.
