We manufacture a wide range of lab instrumentation according to our customers needs. All these instruments were designed and manufactured with close involvement of the end user.

We welcome any request for custom made instruments and can usually do these designs very economical due to our wide range of experience in the mechanical as well as control arena. Usually there are glassware involved in these designs but not necessarily.

We believe in partnerships if ever our knowledge base is not sufficient.

Solvent recovery still

This unit was designed for solvent recovery like Ethanol, Methanol, Hexane , Acetone etc…

The system is automated in the sense that a container with contaminated solvent is placed on top of the distillation cabinet and once the unit is started , solvent is send to the distillation cabinet. The flow of solvent is controlled as to feed in at the same rate as clean solvent leaves the distillation process. The clean solvent is collected at the bottom reservoir.

The system is capable of cleaning 25L of acetone in 4 hours. No electrical heating is applied at the distillation chamber and therefore pose no fire hazard.
